Service Coordination:
Once enrolled in the NHTD/TBI waiver program, your loved one is eligible for wraparound services, including a full-time home aid, home-delivered meals, social daycare, home visits by medical personnel, transportation to and from appointments, medical supplies, and more. We complete the applications and organize the moving pieces so that everything runs in sync.
